The History of Tianneng Group

In 1988, the incumbent chairman Zhang Tianren borrowed 5,000 yuan to contract a village-based factory, starting his own business.

In 1997, led by Chairman Zhang, Tianneng Group developed a power battery for the electric vehicle. In 2007, Tianneng Power was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Main Board.

In 2009, Tianneng Group established the Circular Economy Industrial Park to build a closed-loop industrial chain integrating battery manufacturing, recycling and remanufacturing.

In 2012, Tianneng Group became a partner of China Aerospace.

In 2018, Tianneng Group embarked on a new journey to be a globally respected energy leader.

In 2019, Tianneng Group and SAFT Group entered strategic cooperation by signing the contract with the presence of the two presidents of China and France to establish a joint venture company.
