The semi-annual summary and planning conference of Tianneng's overseas business department in 2022 officially kicked off in the lecture hall of the talent center on July 22, in order to summarize the operation of the overseas business department, lay out the business plan for the second half of the year, unify the understanding, the thinking and the action, and make every effort to achieve the annual business goal.

       The agenda of the conference includes the review and summary of the overseas business unit in the first half of 2022, the analysis of various topics in the first half of the year, the business plan for the second half of the year, the realization path and measures of each area, the guarantee and division of labor, and the overall core measures and business strategies.

        Inspired by gathering and singing the company's songs, the vice president of the business department was the only one who took us to a better understanding of the "nine persistence" with the concept of "platformization, globalization, and digital intelligence", and conveyed the spirit of the chairman again. Wei Shengnan of the Operation Management Department made a review and summary of the achievement of performance and organizational assessment in the first half of 2022 with detailed data. Tan Ruxu, assistant to the president of the business department, cut into the three directions of strategic goals, achievement of performance and deviation, clearly pointed out the bright spots and dark spots of each department, and made a fine summary, so that each department can clarify the development direction of the second half of the year.

        Subsequently, according to the work progress in the first half of the year, the heads of each department made a neat analysis and report on 10 topics. The development of the overseas business department is inseparable from the overall planning and consideration of the leaders, as well as the joint efforts of the employees. No pain, no gain. Yang Jun, president of the business department, and William TAN, the vice president of the business department, commended the outstanding employees and teams in 2022 and awarded six awards: Best Sales, Best Rookie, Best Support Star, Best Support Team, Best Sales Team, and Best Breakthrough Team.

        The road ahead will be long and our climb will be steep. The operation management department made a speech on the business plan of the overseas business department in the second half of 2022. The heads of the various regions also thought carefully and led the team to announce the realization paths and measures of each region. The support and security department also clarified the tasks, and improved the security and division of labor, so that employees have no worries.
